To make sure that our customers receive 100% excellence every time, we set rigorous quality control standards. These are just some of the many tests we carry out daily to ensure that only the highest quality windows, doors, garage doors or conservatories are installed in your home:

• Our unique state-of-the-art Environmental Test Chamber uses computer technology to reproduce the conditions of a warm living room, and extreme weather conditions.
• With the Met Office, we've studied the weather cycles for the last 30 years and subjected our samples to similar patterns.
• We use Weld Testing Equipment to check the quality of welds, and a Salt Spray Cabinet to ensure a high quality of metal fittings.
• Our Security Test Rig simulates the damage that a burglar might inflict and the results are assessed to ensure high standards of security are met.

Zenith Staybrite also holds many accreditations, which demonstrate our commitment to total quality management:

• Zenith Staybrite's company management system is registered to BS EN ISO 9001-2000.
• All our products are covered by, and some exceed, British Standards. Our window locking system exceeds BS 7950.
• We hold the British Board of Agrément Certificate for windows.
• FENSA monitors the energy saving attributes of our double glazing windows and doors as part of document L of the building regulations, which came into effect on 1^st April 2002.
