?I wish I had ordered my new back door from Zenith earlier. I had been out with my family and on returning found thieves had broken into our home through the wooden back door. On further inspection we noticed that they had first attempted to gain entry through our new French doors, which we purchased from Zenith, having failed on these they managed to jemmy open the original back door. We now have a new back door, which we are extremely pleased with and with our Repair and Replacement Service Agreement Zenith have renewed our French windows without all the hassle of going through our insurance company.?

Under our Zenith Repair and Replacement Service Agreement replacement windows were quickly fitted, and the small annual payment seems very good value for money, as the excess on our house insurance would have meant us paying the first £250 of the cost.?

?We were out celebrating on New Years Eve. On our return we tried to get in, but we found the door spindles were broken on both our front and back door. It was obvious that burglars had tried to force entry. We were very pleased that we had decided to have Zenith products installed and that we had taken up the Repair and Replacement Service Agreement. The security features certainly foiled our intended intruder. When we spoke to Zenith about our problem they were soon round to make the necessary replacements without any fuss or problems.?
