Prize Draw Rules The closing date for the receipt of all entries is 31st December 2006. The prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18 with a permanent UK address, except employees of Bowater Home Improvements and any other affiliated companies or suppliers, their families or anyone directly connected with the prize draw. The prize draw will take place on 8th January 2007. The winner will be notified by telephone or post by 15th January 2007. Bowater Home Improvements will install a conservatory with a total retail value, including installation costs, of up to £10,000 to the first entry drawn. If the winner has a Bowater Home Improvements conservatory installed between 26th January 2006 and 31st December 2006 they will receive a refund of the purchase price up to a maximum of £10,000. The conservatory can only be installed in postcode areas within which Bowater Home Improvements usually operate. A list of these postcodes can be obtained on request from Bowater Home Improvements at the address below. The prize is non-transferable. The winner must own and be resident in the property in which the conservatory is to be installed. The installation is subject to any applicable planning permissions, regulations or leasehold restrictions. The property in which the conservatory is to be installed must be suitable for such a construction and easily accessible by road. The winner can opt for a cash payment of £2,000 as an alternative to a free conservatory. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner must be willing to have their name published and may be asked to participate in post-event publicity. The name of the winner will be made available on request in writing to the address below. You may also enter the draw by submitting your name and address on a postcard and sending it to the address below.
