Zenith Complaints Procedure

At Zenith Staybrite we do our best to put our customers first. Second to none in terms of product quality we aim to ensure this is matched by the quality of our customer support and continue always to try to improve the service we give.

Every one occasionally makes mistakes – we would prefer you to remember the excellent way it was dealt with, so please notify us quickly if you have a query or possible complaint, and we will do our very best to resolve the situation.

With over 40 years in the home improvement industry, supplying more than 50,000 units every year, and a staggering 95% of customers telling us that they would recommend us, it is an enviable reputation to protect and maintain.

We have all seen the “horror stories” and recognise that occasionally however things do go awry, but we would much rather you told us about it first and allow us the opportunity to put it right to our mutual satisfaction.
